Have heard people say that travelling alone in a day train is a bizarre experience. But when I experienced it for myself I could understand how difficult it is!! Train was late by nearly 3 hours due to which I had to board around midnight. Had an extended sleep upto 11 am which made me to skip the breakfast. Fortunately, lunch was supplied at noon itself. Don’t wanna waste time talking about the food; it was not worth for a comment. Then I started looking around the people in my compartment – the average age of people in the compartment will be a minimum of 50 years. I had no other choice but to sleep again. Suddenly to my surprise, heard a sweet voice from the adjacent bay. She was softly humming a tune. Her voice was so cute. Felt I would die to see her face. But her berth was fully covered with curtains. Just for a moment thought whether I can snoop inside the gap, not the behavior a professional can resort for. I waited nearly an hour to check her out, hoping someone from her family will clear the curtains. But the nature helped me; she finally got a nature’s call which I was expecting sooner or later. She had to call her mom to take her to the loo, she was not old enough to go alone. I happily slept again with a feeling of achieving something big after seeing her beautiful face.
